Mentees actively participate in their development by first identifying the skills they want to enhance, and then seeking guidance from their mentors with relevant work and projects prepared before each meeting.

• Clearly communicate the skills and capabilities you aim to develop to your mentor.
• Ask specific questions related to your current work or projects to gain valuable feedback and advice.
• Understand that you gain as much as you put into this program. (In other words, come prepared to all your meetings!)
• Foster a mutually beneficial relationship, with the expectation to learn from each other.
