The Launch Pad Mentorship Program offers two different styles of mentorship in order to accommodate different goals students may wish to reach through the program.
Coffee chats are a great way to start a professional and personal relationship. During coffee chats you are welcome to run it as you please.

Launch Pad tackles challenging technical projects. These projects are not just a chance to do something but is to explore, learn from others and build something interesting.

Mentors are assigned to a team that offer even more guidance along tech-leads. Mentors have substantial industry experience, they can offer insights into a project’s design, features, managing costs and technical considerations.
