Responsibilities

• 👥 Lead a team of developers and designers through an 8-month project cycle
• 🔍 Drive the technical design and scope of your team's project
• 🚴 Organize and lead sprint planning sessions
• 🎳 Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members
• ✅ Update leadership with feedback and progress reports
• 💬 Actively contribute ideas to improve the Launch Pad experience
• 📚 Document processes and insights on our documentation website
• 📝 Participate in recruitment and mentor future Tech Leads
• 🤝 Collaborate with design leads to support designers on your team
• 🔧 Contribute to enhancing Launch Pad's internal tooling
