Hey there 👋, we are using Notion as our main directory for our members, projects and network.

Leaving your mark on our hub

1. First go to your user settings and make sure your name includes both your first name (pref) + last name

   

   

2. Next, upload a photo of yourself. We do require your face to be visible for Notion at least

   

3. Head on to ‣ and create a new row and add your information there.

   1. Inside you will find a template with some helpful placeholders

      

   2. Use the properties to fill out any detail needed as well as your roles and teams

      

Getting familiar with workspace

• ‣: a database to find LP members as well as their information, such as their past jobs, LP projects and their socials
  • ‣: finding people who have worked at certain companies
• ‣: database of our projects that has an entry for each team
  • Every year, new teams/projects will be added
  • If your team is missing, add it :)
• ‣: the main space to find all the pages relevant to members

Best practices

• You will have a private space in your Notion workspace. Feel free to use that for all your note taking and planning (find it in your toolbar on the left)

  

• Keep your information up to date. This helps you to get the most out of our network

• Leverage Notion’s search and mention capabilities to find the right content or person fast

• Make sure you have the Notion app downloaded on your personal laptop and phone with Notifications turned on!
