About the Project

Project Nueron is a management system aiming to improve the user experience in performing the day-to-day operations of the BC Brain Wellness program.

Nueron aims to tailor to the unique needs and workflows of the BC Brain Wellness Program, ensuring a better fit than generic solutions. For example, a matching algorithm will be designed to automate the process of assigning volunteers to classes based on their availability and preferences. Additionally, Neuron will centralize all volunteer activities, including, logging hours, viewing analytics, and managing onboarding tasks. Analytics on class participation and volunteer engagement will offer valuable insights that are not typically available in generic systems and allow for growth opportunities for the organization.
