Description

The platform includes several key features. Users can create an account, log in with their credentials, and are immediately categorized as customers, with access to all published forms and pending requests. However, admin approval is required for users to perform meaningful actions, and employees can manage these approvals either individually or in bulk.

The platform also offers a 'Forget My Password' feature, allowing users to reset their password by entering their email on the login form and receiving a unique link, valid for 5 minutes, to set a new password and log in.
