Notion

Make sure you are a part of the Notion (aka what you’re currently viewing!) - Make sure you have access to the following Teamspaces (found on your left-hand navigation bar):

• HQ
  • This is the main space for execs of the club (tech leads, strategy, design leads) to collaborate
  • Here you’ll find meetings minutes for exec meetings, a task board with tasks that will be assigned to you, etc.
• Space
  • This is the main hub for all members that are a part of the club
  • Here you’ll find a record of all the teams throughout the club, as well as a directory of everyone who is currently with the club

If you are somehow viewing this page and are not part of the Notion team, please have a Notion account registered with your UBC (edu) email and reach out to an admin.

GitHub Teams

Make sure you are a part of the following teams on GitHub:

• @ubclaunchpad/execs, and check that you can access the private Leads repository - this repository primarily contains interview resources and tracking issues
• @ubclaunchpad/strategy, and check that you can access the private Strategy repository - this repository contains sponsorship resources and event/sponsorship tracking issues
• @ubclaunchpad/design, and check that you can access the public Design repository - this repository contains (some) design assets, resources, and tracking issues

Make sure you are a part of the Figma organization!
