Responsibilities
- 📅 Oversee and plan club timeline alongside other executives
- 🛠️ Support tech leads and design leads throughout the year in their projects
- 🔄 Strive for a positive experience in Launch Pad by listening to feedback and iterating on our approaches
- 📚 Handle heaps of documents, passed-down knowledge, and accounts
- 👥 Manage the executive team of up to 16 people, ensuring they have the resources to bring their ideas to life
- 📣 Maintain the club's supportive channels such as emails and anonymous surveys
- 🌈 Uphold the club's mission to make opportunities accessible to everyone, regardless of background
- 🎯 Orchestrate club initiatives for the school year and reconcile differing ideas
- 💻 Contribute to club documentation, websites, design guides, source code, and events.
- 🔍 Select the next set of co-presidents and executive team leads
- 🤝 Maintain relationships with stakeholders, members, executives, and the Launch Pad community
